SSH is a secure replacement for telnet, allowing you to have shell access to your account. SSH is very similar to telnet but protects you by encrypting all communication to and from the server, preventing others from being able to sniff your plain text information.
We do not allow Telnet access at all. We will enable SSH for our clients, if they have a valid reason for doing so. We do not allow our resellers the right to give SSH to their clients. Resellers have to open a support ticket, and we will enable SSH for their customers.
