To cancel please follow these steps:
Step 1: Log into the Client Area.
Step 2: Look for the “MY ACCOUNT” link at the top of the page.
Step 3: Select “CANCEL SERVICES” from the menu.
Step 4: Check the boxes for each service you wish to cancel.
Step 5: Submit your cancellation request.
Please make sure to submit a cancellation for EACH SERVICE that you wish to cancel. Also please make sure to FOLLOW THROUGH until you get to a screen that says your cancellation has been submitted.
DUE TO SECURITY REASONS, WE WILL NOT CANCEL A SERVICE UNLESS A CANCELLATION IS SUBMITTED FROM WITHIN THE CLIENT AREA.
