How do I connect and upload via FTP with CuteFTP?



File Transfer - CuteFTP - Version 4.x - Connecting and Uploading

Step 1:
Open Cute FTP and choose File then Site Manager.

Step 2:
Click on the New Button.

Step 3:
Fill in the information requested. Host Address is your domain name. Also enter your username and password.

Step 4:
Make sure FTP port is set to 21 and click on the Edit button.

Step 5:
Under the General Tab, type in public_html for the Default Remote Directory and click ok.

Step 6:
Click the Connect button.

Step 7:
Now that we have connected, select the files that you would like to upload. Right click on the selection and choose upload.
